      About You

Client & Candidate Referral Fees: How It Works

You have referred a potential candidate or a potential client opportunity to Centurion, now what? When do I receive my bonus?

A referral bonus will only be awarded if the candidate has been successfully placed by Centurion. Once the referred candidate has been placed, 50% of the referral bonus will be paid after 500 billable hours have been completed, with the remaining 50% paid after 1000 billable hours have been completed. You can bonus up to $3000! Referral Fees range from $250 to $3000 as defined by Centurion management, depending on the contract.

If we enter into a staffing engagement with your client referral within 90 days of your referral, and we place a temporary contractor with your contact, then you will be eligible for the Referral Fee subject to accepting the terms and conditions.

If the referral is successfully hired by Centurion, you must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (and any other documentation that Centurion may require) in order to receive the referral bonus. This form will be supplied to the referrer by Centurion once the referred candidate has completed the required 90-day tenure period.
