It all starts with you - the hiring manager - we discuss the job description and the true requirements of the role, but we also go in-depth on the project importance as part of the overall company mission and what would be a cultural team fit.
Once the position is fully qualified, our seasoned recruiting team goes to work sourcing prospective applicants who meet the technical qualifications of the opening. A matching process is also underway in which recruiters are searching for probable candidates who not only meet the skill requirements, but also have a similar background of companies worked for in like industry verticals that may be a fit for the new opportunity.
Now that a pipeline of potential talent has been established, we start getting to know the candidates - work history, credentials, personal information, current job status, career aspirations, and next assignment specifications. Our team has been extensively trained in behavioral interviewing and uses these techniques to fully understand the people we represent. It is during this part of the process where rapport and relationships are built.
When an individual successfully meets all the requirements for a position - meaning they are a technical, organization and personality fit - we then move to the validation phase to verify the information we attained during the process to-date. This authentication can be in the form of previous manager references, in-person technical testing, online skills assessments, background checks and/or employment verification.
As soon as the candidate has been fully vetted and deemed a suitable match for the new opportunity, our business development team moves the applicant through the client's hiring process via coordination of an interview with the decision-maker(s), positive feedback from manager(s) and closing of the candidate.
After the offer has been accepted, our onboarding team works with our consultant (aka Centurion) to complete all necessary company paperwork as well as any client-specific documents. Any employment checks needed are completed prior to the contractor's first reporting day. Then, our consultant care team follows up with the Centurion on their first day, first week, and every month thereafter to ensure a successful engagement for all parties.
